AGATHE RAFFIN

Agathe RAFFIN practices as both an adviser and litigator in the principal areas of real estate and commercial public law:

  • Construction law (Expert appraisals, Private works contracts, Builders’ liability),
  • Town planning law, Urban planning, Development law, Planning application disputes),
  • Public contract law (Public works contracts, Concessions, Public-private partnership agreements),
  • Administrative property law.

Holder of a Master’s 2 degree in Real estate, Construction and Town Planning Law from University of Bordeaux, Agathe RAFFIN has practiced as a lawyer since 2019.

She also holds a Masters 2 degree in Public Commercial Law from the University of Bordeaux.

She is a member of the Aquitaine Urbanism and Construction Lawyers Association of the University of Bordeaux (AJUCA).
