Michel Peisse, who is a Doctor of Law and a lecturer at the University of Paris XII and the E.P.F. Graduate School is very widely experienced in Real Estate Law and Construction Law and all legal issues concerning restructuring companies or insolvency procedures (rescheduling loans, judicial or amiable mediation, recapitalisation, etc …).
He advises on real estate transactions, financing techniques, subcontracting and implementing the constructors’ insurance guarantees.
He is also concerned with mixed economy and public law issues; he was a local councillor and has chaired two local semi-public companies. His leisure activities are theatre and cinema.
He has been the President of the Gesica “International Network of Independent Lawyers”, General Secretary of the French Chamber of Commerce for the Countries in the Near and Middle East and Secretary General of a NGO with consultative status at the UN : OMECA.
