{"id":1000,"date":"2025-02-18T13:14:48","date_gmt":"2025-02-18T13:14:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dlba-avocats.com\/equipe\/jerome-schott-avocat-associe\/"},"modified":"2025-12-18T11:43:14","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T11:43:14","slug":"jerome-schott-avocat-associe","status":"publish","type":"equipe","link":"https:\/\/dlba-avocats.com\/en\/equipe\/jerome-schott-avocat-associe\/","title":{"rendered":"J\u00e9r\u00f4me Schott"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Following his training in private law, he completed his PhD in Public Law focusing on the &#8220;legal regime for preventive archaeology&#8221; (\u00ab&nbsp;<em>r\u00e9gime juridique de l\u2019arch\u00e9ologie pr\u00e9ventive<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb under the supervision of Professor Yves J\u00e9gouzo at the Centre for Environmental, Planning and Urban Development Law Studies and Research at the University of Paris I Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While obtaining his PhD, J\u00e9r\u00f4me SCHOTT worked as an assistant justice in the construction section of the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Montpellier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has a dual background in private and public law relating to property, construction and town planning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He joined the firm as a lawyer in 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the area of counselling, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Schott is particularly involved in the preparation and supervision of development, construction and urban planning projects, including land audits and feasibility studies, building permits and contract drafting, as well as during the execution phase and with a view to acceptance, completion and handover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the area of litigation, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Schott has developed expertise in disputes and litigation likely to arise during real estate projects, from the building permit stage to the construction phase.
