A member of numerous networks and associations, and an advisor to representative real estate unions, James Dupichot primarily assists institutional clients.

In addition to general business law practice, James Dupichot works across the entire property value chain, including development contingencies, urban planning, transfers, works contracts, accounts between parties, subcontracting, etc., as well as contractual and legal guarantees. His expertise also extends to the field of rental management (commercial, residential and civil leases) and co-ownership.

His advisory practice is enriched by his litigation experience, developed before both judicial and administrative courts, in all types of litigation, including protective measures, emergencies, expert opinions, substantive litigation and enforcement proceedings.

At the same time, he assists his clients in all conciliation or mediation processes, whether conventional or judicial.
