Pierre-Yves Soulié is a lawyer of more than 25 years’ experience and has been a partner in the firm for 15 years. Having received a traditional university education in law with a focus on obligations and real estate law, he now practices in all areas of real estate and construction law, both in litigation and as in counselling. 

Attracted by figures as much as well as construction techniques, Pierre-Yves Soulié handles both company accounts and legal assessments of defects. 

He also assists clients in managing their real estate assets, negotiating commercial leases and renewals, and formalising the sale of companies or shares. 

Over the course of his career, Pierre-Yves Soulié has developed solid experience in handling appeals against building permits, including criminal proceedings, as well as managing and resolving shareholder disputes and directors’ liability. Pierre-Yves Soulié defends the interests of institutional players, major clients and SMEs, but also acts in support of the interests of professionals and retailers. 

He also assists private individuals in their property-related disputes, such as sales, inheritance, fire damage and natural disasters such as drought. Pierre-Yves Soulié enjoys working in a collaborative environment, both within the firm and with his clients, involving other professionals such as accountants, lawyers, architects and technical consultants and experts, in order to provide the best possible response to their needs.
