The creation and implementation of real estate projects requires the prior obtaining and validation of work permits. 

We intervene at the stage of examining applications for planning permission, by analysing their compliance with national planning regulations (e.g. rules on land development, ZAN, etc.) and local regulations (e.g. SCoT, PLU, PLUi, PLUb, etc.).

We are also involved in the pre-investigation and investigation phases, as well as in the clearance of withdrawal rights and third-party appeals.
