DLBA was one of the first law firms to be certified at the national level from the year 2000.
We were the precursors in quality certification and today we hold the new AFNOR 2015 standard.
This standard which goes beyond simply certifying the overall functioning of our firm in our client’s interests, requires us to plan for the future by continuously adapting to changes in our clients’ needs but also of course to the increasingly complex changes in the law.
This process is part of the excellence in our services we wish to provide for our clients.
The certification of systems involves the organisational and working methods which have been set up to guarantee a consistent level of quality for our services
